Grantwood Technology presents the tuneband armband for the iPod Nano® 3rd or 4th Generation.

The silicone skin is secure, thick and protective and allows access to all the ports on the iPod Nano®. The tuneband has a comfortable stretchy Velcro® band that fits both large and small arms. Also, the tuneband comes with a low tack peel screen protector. Finally, the tuneband is compatible with the Nike+iPod system, allowing you to attach the Nike+iPod receiver to the iPod.

First of all, I must say that I was running 10k today and that this was my best run ever. The tuneband keeps my iPod safe from sweat and I don’t have to worry about it being in a safe place (most of my shorts and jacekts don’t have a pocket). The Nike+ sensor fits perfectly.

Usually they don’t ship outside the US, but I’ve contacted them and Sean (the co-owner) was kind enough to send the tuneband even to Croatia. The product arrived within a week.

I bought this arm band to use while running and using the Nike+ adapter. It works perfectly. The elastic is stretchy enough that it won’t cut off your circulation, but will also be tight enough to not move around while running. The Nike+ is easily attached and removed through the case.

I had been running daily with an iPod armband I bought from a famous discount retailer a while back. It was – quite honestly – a piece of junk. The Grantwood product arrived ahead of schedule, well-packaged, and greatly exceeds my expectations for quality and functionality. At a fair price. Can’t beat that combination.
